“ I went to the Pizza Hut in Hucknall not knowing what to get. When I got there, I was greeted with a friendly warm welcome from a young lady called Kate this evening Tuesday 10th June. She was very helpful and give me offers and choices Which was great because that helped me to pick my Pizza. I was stuck between two pizza choices but she said i can have half-and-half which was great and I could get any size pizza for 9.99 which was brilliant because i could have a lovely pizza at a affordable price. I wouldn’t have known any of that if Kate didn’t tell me. I was parked out side the door so i could be ready to get my pizza when it was ready but Kate went above and beyond and even brought my pizza out to my car. I believe in giving Credit to people who give good service with genuine kindness. I hope to see Kate there again when I come back for another pizza. ”
“ Don’t know why this Pizza Hut gets such bad reviews, I’ve been using them for over 5 years and felt the need to review since seeing all the bad ones! Ladies are lovely, once you’ve had a few orders they all get to know you and your orders by heart! Foods always bang on and they even do a large collection deal 8.99 before 4pm 9.99 after so you really cannot grumble. I’ve had a few pizza huts across Nottingham and this one always tends to be the best for toppings/ not burning pizza! Only negative I can really say about the place is the phone is a little slow to be answered and they don’t accept cash but otherwise brilliant. :-) ”
